Get Support

You may not have all the answers yet. You only need enough clarity to take the next appropriate step.

Whether you are preparing for marriage, trying to strengthen a relationship, navigating parenting challenges, concerned about your family’s wellbeing or simply unsure where to begin, TogetherWell can help you think through what you are experiencing and identify an appropriate pathway forward.

You Don’t Have to Know Exactly What You Need

Start Where You Are

People do not always arrive with a clearly defined problem or know which service best fits their situation. You may simply know that something is not working as well as you would like, that an important transition is approaching or that you want to strengthen your family before difficulties become more serious.

That is a valid place to begin. We can help you clarify what you are seeking, understand the kind of support that may be appropriate and determine whether TogetherWell is the right place for that support.

You do not need to diagnose your situation or choose the perfect service before contacting us.

What Kind of Support Are You Looking For?

Find a Starting Point

Choose the area that most closely reflects what you are currently seeking. If more than one seems relevant, that is okay—family and relationship concerns often overlap.

Relationship & Marriage Support

For individuals and couples preparing for marriage, seeking to strengthen their relationship, navigating recurring difficulties or wanting greater clarity around communication, conflict, expectations, roles, boundaries, connection or shared direction.

Parenting & Family-Life Support

For parents and caregivers seeking greater understanding of their children, stronger parent-child relationships, practical approaches to behaviour and character guidance, support through developmental stages or healthier family patterns.

Family Wellness Reflection & Strategy

For individuals or families who want to step back, look at the wider family picture, understand important patterns, recognise strengths and pressures, identify priorities and develop practical strategies for strengthening family wellbeing.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

If your situation crosses several areas—or you simply cannot tell what kind of support would be most appropriate—you can begin with a general enquiry. We can help you identify a reasonable next step.

What Happens When You Contact Us?

What to Expect

Reaching out does not mean you are automatically committing to a particular programme or type of support. The first purpose is to understand what you are looking for and determine an appropriate next step.

Tell Us What Brings You Here

You provide some basic information about the concern, goal or area in which you are seeking support.

We Clarify the Need

We consider what you are seeking, any relevant context and whether TogetherWell’s services are appropriate for the situation.

We Identify a Suitable Pathway

Where TogetherWell is an appropriate fit, we can recommend a relevant service, educational resource, coaching pathway, reflection process or programme.

We Agree on the Next Step

You receive clear information about what the proposed next step involves so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed.

The aim of the first contact is clarity—not pressure.

Privacy, Dignity & Confidentiality

Your Story Deserves Respect

Reaching out about a relationship or family concern can feel personal. TogetherWell seeks to provide an environment in which people are treated with dignity, respect and appropriate confidentiality.

Information shared with us is handled responsibly and should only be collected or used for legitimate purposes connected with providing support, administering services or meeting applicable professional, safeguarding or legal responsibilities.

Confidentiality is important, but it is not always absolute. There may be circumstances involving significant risk of harm, safeguarding concerns or legal obligations where information cannot appropriately remain confidential. Where possible and appropriate, these limits should be explained clearly.

We aim to create a respectful space for honest reflection while maintaining responsible professional and safeguarding boundaries.

When Safety Is the Priority

Some Situations Need a Different First Step

Relationship and family difficulties are not all the same. Ordinary communication exercises, couple coaching or family strategy may be inappropriate where there is violence, abuse, coercive control, exploitation, serious intimidation, neglect or another significant threat to safety.

If information shared with TogetherWell indicates a significant safety or safeguarding concern, the immediate priority may shift from ordinary relationship-strengthening work to protection, appropriate specialist support or referral.

Safety comes before ordinary relationship or family-strengthening work.

If There Is Immediate Danger

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, experiencing violence or facing an urgent medical or safety emergency, please seek immediate assistance from the appropriate emergency, medical, safeguarding or law-enforcement service in your location. Do not wait for a response from an ordinary TogetherWell enquiry channel.

Understanding Our Scope

The Right Support Matters

TogetherWell primarily provides family-life and relationship education, coaching, structured reflection, practical resources, skills development and relationship or family strategy.

These services can provide meaningful support, but they are not automatically psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, legal advice or another regulated specialist service.

Sometimes Referral Is the Responsible Next Step

If your needs appear to fall outside our scope or require expertise that TogetherWell does not provide, we may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or relevant service.

Referral does not mean that your concern is unimportant. It means that the nature of the concern deserves the right kind of support.

Ready to Reach Out?

Take the Next Step

You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. Tell us briefly what brings you to TogetherWell and what you hope will be different. We can use that information to help determine an appropriate next step.

Your first enquiry is a starting point for understanding the need. It does not automatically commit you to a service.

Start a Support Enquiry

Before you submit: Please provide only a brief overview at this stage. You do not need to share detailed medical information, trauma history, information about children, allegations of abuse or other highly sensitive personal information through this form.

This form is for general support enquiries and is not monitored as an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger or facing an urgent medical or safety emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency, medical, safeguarding or law-enforcement service in your location rather than waiting for a response from TogetherWell.
