Structured learning and developmental experiences designed to help individuals, couples, parents, families and organisations strengthen relationships, develop practical skills and build healthier family life.
TogetherWell programmes move beyond information alone. They create opportunities to learn, reflect, practise, discuss and translate useful knowledge into meaningful change in everyday relationships and family life.
Learning That Leads to Practice
Relationships and families are shaped through everyday patterns—how people communicate, handle conflict, respond to children, manage responsibilities, navigate transitions and make decisions together.
For this reason, TogetherWell programmes are designed not simply to tell people what healthy relationships should look like, but to help participants develop the understanding, skills and strategies needed to strengthen them.
Depending on the programme, learning may include teaching, guided reflection, practical exercises, discussion, assessment or reflection tools, skills practice and action planning.
The goal is not simply to know more about healthy relationships and families, but to become better equipped to build them.

How We Develop Our Programmes
TogetherWell programmes are designed around clearly identified needs rather than simply assembling topics for presentation. We consider who the programme is for, what participants should be able to understand or do differently afterwards, and the learning experiences most likely to support those outcomes.
Our programme-development approach follows a structured pathway:
- NEED
- AUDIENCE
- OUTCOMES
- COMPETENCIES
- CURRICULUM
- DELIVERY
- PRACTICE
- ASSESSMENT
- EVALUATION
- IMPROVEMENT
This helps us create programmes that are purposeful, practical and capable of being reviewed and improved over time.
Good programmes do more than deliver content. They are intentionally designed to develop understanding, skills and capacities that participants can use beyond the programme itself.
Flexible Ways to Learn
Depending on the purpose, audience and setting, TogetherWell programmes may be delivered through different formats.
Workshops & Seminars
Focused learning sessions addressing specific relationship, marriage, parenting or family-life themes through practical teaching and guided engagement.
Courses & Learning Series
Multi-session programmes that allow participants to explore a subject progressively, practise skills and apply learning over time.
Retreats & Intensive Experiences
Dedicated spaces for deeper reflection, conversation, learning and strategy development for couples, families, leaders or other defined groups.
Conferences & Special Events
Larger learning experiences bringing people together around important relationship and family-wellness themes through teaching, conversations, practical tools and shared learning.
African-Rooted. Faith-Sensitive. Professionally Responsible.
Family life does not happen outside culture.
TogetherWell programmes are attentive to the realities that shape African and particularly Nigerian families—including extended-family relationships, economic pressures, cultural expectations, marriage traditions, parenting practices, faith, intergenerational responsibilities and changing social realities.
Where appropriate, Christian perspectives are thoughtfully integrated while maintaining respect for participants and appropriate professional boundaries. Faith is not used to dismiss emotional, developmental, relational or psychological realities.
Our programmes are primarily educational, developmental and preventive. Where participants present needs requiring specialised clinical, medical, safeguarding, legal or other professional intervention, appropriate referral may be recommended.
