Supporting professionals and organisations with thoughtful resources, programme design and collaborative solutions for relationship, parenting, family-life and family-wellness work
TogetherWell Services works not only with individuals and families, but also with professionals, churches, schools, organisations and institutions seeking to strengthen the quality and impact of their family-life and relationship initiatives. We provide structured support for resource development, programme design and appropriate institutional collaboration.
Strengthening the People and Systems That Support Families
Helping Organisations Serve Families Better
Families receive support through many different settings—from churches and schools to community organisations, workplaces and professional services. The quality of the programmes, resources and systems available in these settings can significantly influence the quality of support families receive.
TogetherWell brings a family-life and relationship strategy perspective to organisations seeking to develop thoughtful, practical and contextually relevant responses to the needs of individuals, couples, parents and families.
Strengthening families also means strengthening the people, programmes and organisations that serve them.

Our Approach to Programme Development
From Identified Need to Meaningful Programme
Effective programmes should be designed around the people they are intended to serve and the outcomes they are expected to support. TogetherWell therefore uses a structured development process rather than beginning with content alone.
- NEED
- AUDIENCE
- OUTCOMES
- COMPETENCIES
- CURRICULUM
- DELIVERY
- PRACTICE
- ASSESSMENT
- EVALUATION
- IMPROVEMENT
The process begins by clarifying the need and understanding the intended audience. From there, appropriate outcomes and competencies can be defined, content organised into a coherent curriculum and delivery designed to give participants opportunities not only to learn but also to practise and apply what they are learning.
Assessment and evaluation then help determine whether the programme is achieving its intended purpose and where further improvement may be needed.
Programme quality is not simply about how much content is delivered. It is about whether the learning experience is appropriately designed to produce the intended outcomes.
Who We Work With
TogetherWell can collaborate with organisations and professionals whose work affects relationships, parenting, family life or family wellbeing. The nature of each engagement depends on the organisation’s purpose, audience, existing capacity and desired outcomes.
Churches & Faith-Based Organisations
Supporting the development of responsible marriage, parenting, relationship and family-life initiatives that combine appropriate faith integration with practical knowledge, skills and clear professional boundaries
Schools & Educational Institutions
Collaborating on resources, parent education, family-engagement initiatives and programmes that strengthen the relationships surrounding children and young people.
NGOs, Community Organisations & Social Initiatives
Supporting organisations working with individuals and families to develop contextually relevant educational resources, programmes and capacity-building initiatives.
Professionals & Family-Support Practitioners
Developing resources, learning experiences and collaborative initiatives for professionals and practitioners whose roles involve supporting relationships, parents, children or families.
What We Can Develop
Turning Good Ideas Into Usable Resources
An important idea becomes more useful when it is translated into something people can understand, practise and apply. Depending on the project and TogetherWell’s scope of competence, we can support the development or refinement of practical resources and learning systems.
Curricula & Course Frameworks
Structured learning pathways with defined outcomes, competencies, content progression, learning activities and appropriate assessment.
Participant Workbooks
Guided materials that help participants reflect, practise, record insights and translate learning into action.
Facilitator Guides & Manuals
Resources that help facilitators deliver programmes consistently, responsibly and in alignment with intended learning outcomes.
Reflection & Strategy Tools
Structured, non-diagnostic tools that help individuals, couples, parents or families examine relevant areas of life, identify priorities and support practical planning.
Discussion Guides & Educational Resources
Practical materials for groups, churches, schools, organisations and communities exploring relationship and family-life topics.
Programme Evaluation & Improvement Tools
Approaches for gathering useful feedback, examining whether intended outcomes are being supported and identifying opportunities for programme improvement.
Evidence, Culture & Faith
Credible, Contextual and Faith-Sensitive
TogetherWell seeks to develop resources and programmes that are informed by credible knowledge while remaining relevant to the realities of the people who will use them. Depending on the project, this may involve insights from family studies, psychology, child development, parenting, communication, conflict resolution, behavioural science and related fields.
We also recognise that programmes developed for African and Nigerian contexts must take seriously realities such as extended-family systems, cultural expectations, marriage traditions, parenting practices, economic pressures, intergenerational relationships, faith and changing family dynamics.
Where Christian integration is appropriate, biblical perspectives can be incorporated intentionally while remaining distinguishable from research evidence, professional practice and cultural assumptions.
Context matters—but cultural relevance should strengthen responsible practice, not lower professional standards.
Professional & Ethical Responsibility
Responsible Practice Matters
Professional resources and programmes should protect the dignity and wellbeing of the people they are designed to serve. TogetherWell therefore approaches development work with attention to confidentiality, informed participation, safeguarding, appropriate professional boundaries and responsible use of assessment or reflection tools.
We also distinguish family-life education, coaching and relationship strategy from regulated clinical, medical, legal or other specialist services. Where a project moves beyond TogetherWell’s competence or professional scope, appropriate specialist collaboration or referral should be considered.
Credibility includes knowing both what we can responsibly contribute and where another professional discipline should lead.
How a Partnership Begins
From Conversation to Collaboration
Institutional work begins with understanding the need before deciding what should be developed
- EXPLORE NEED
- CLARIFY OUTCOMES
- DEFINE SCOPE
- DEVELOP APPROACH
- IMPLEMENT
- EVALUATE
We begin by understanding the organisation, intended audience, existing challenge or opportunity and desired outcomes. From there, we can determine whether TogetherWell is an appropriate partner and define the scope, responsibilities, deliverables and implementation approach.
Depending on the engagement, collaboration may involve developing something new, strengthening an existing programme, providing specialist family-life input or working alongside other professionals and organisational teams.
