Accessibility Statement

TogetherWell Services wants its website, educational information and enquiry pathways to be usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and access needs. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not merely a visual design choice.

Our Approach to Accessibility

We aim to improve the accessibility of our website by considering readable content, meaningful headings, understandable language, descriptive alternatives for informative images, keyboard accessibility, responsive layouts and usable forms.

As a reference for future assessment and improvement, we look to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. This statement does not claim that the entire website has been independently tested or certified as conforming to WCAG 2.2 at any particular level.

Accessibility Features We Are Working to Maintain

  • A consistent page structure, with headings and content arranged to support easier reading and navigation.
  • Layouts designed to adjust across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
  • Text and controls presented with readable spacing and recognisable interaction styles.
  • Descriptive text for informative images and appropriate treatment of decorative imagery.
  • Clear language and information about the purpose of enquiry forms and downloaded resources.
  • Continuing review of keyboard use, focus visibility, colour contrast and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Known Limitations and Further Testing

Some parts of the website may not yet work equally well for every visitor. The accessibility of downloaded PDF materials, third-party videos, embedded forms, external services and some visual illustrations may vary. We have not yet completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit covering all pages, devices and assistive technologies.

We intend to review and address identified barriers proportionately, prioritising difficulties that prevent visitors from finding information, reading resources or making an enquiry.

If You Need Information in Another Format

If you encounter a barrier accessing a page, document, video or form, please let us know. Where reasonably possible, we will explore an accessible alternative or another suitable way to provide the information.

Report an Accessibility Problem

For accessibility enquiries, email TogetherWell Services at hello@togetherwellfamily.com or use the Contact Us page. You can help us investigate by indicating the page or document, the difficulty encountered, the device or assistive technology involved if you wish to share it, and a way to reply.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive health or personal information when describing an accessibility issue.

Review and Updates

We will review this statement as improvements are implemented and as accessibility testing provides clearer evidence about the website’s performance. Any future conformance claim should be supported by an appropriate assessment rather than assumed from the presence of accessible design features.
